Modify Your Billing Profile

In most cases, the Enterprise Admin is not necessarily responsible for payment of the account. This topic describes how to modify the billing profile information for your Kore account.

Note: Billing Profile updates are not available for Enterprise accounts using fixed subscription billing. Contact Kore Sales Support at

  • In the Billing module, on the Billing Profile page, edit the contact information for the enterprise Kore account billing contact, and then click Update.

The Update Billing Profile message is displayed and the billing contact information is saved.
