To update your password on a smartphone:
- Tap your account on the top left corner of the Kore Messenger Home screen.
- On the Account screen, tap Edit on the top right corner of the screen. Options to modify your account and profile settings are displayed.
- Tap Change Password.
- On the Change Password screen, enter your Current Password and New Password, and then save the new password.
Note: If you are a company Kore user and your company has enabled Single Sign-On for all users in your company domain, the Change Password feature is not available.
On Desktop for Web or Desktop App, click your user menu at the bottom of the Kore Home page, and then click Account . On the Account page, click Change Password, and then update your password.
