Using @Bot commands

After adding a Bot to a room in a space, you can perform the related Bot tasks quickly, in the room, by entering @Bot commands in the compose message field.

Let us take the example of the Bot for Asana® that has been added to a room called Bugs.

  1. If you start typing a message with an @ character, in the compose message field, the Bots that have been added to the room are displayed for you to select.

Note: In addition, to the Bots that have been added to the room, the room participants are also displayed.

  2. After you select Asana, enter a space. The related tasks are displayed. For example, assign_task_to_me.

  3. Tap and select a task to perform in Asana from Kore. For example, create_task_in_project.

  4. Depending on whether you need to provide additional information, a form is displayed to enter additional information.
Enter the required information and tap Submit.

A new task is created in your Asana project, right from within your Kore app.
