Create a Room

To create a room on a team, you must be a Team Admin or Team Owner.

On your smartphone app:

  1. On the TEAMS  tab, select the team that you want to add a room to, and then tap the New Room   icon on the Rooms tab the TEAM Home screen.

    On the Create Room screen, enter a name and description of your room, and then tap Create.

Your new room is created.

On Desktop for Web or the Desktop app, on the TEAMS  page, select the team that you want to add a room to, and then click New Room on the bottom of the Team Home page.

Adding Room Participants

To add additional participants to a room, you must be a Team Admin or Team Owner.

 On the smartphone, you can add selected or all team members as room participants on the Manage Room screen in the Manage People section.

 For Desktop for Web or the Desktop app, select the room that you want to add participants to, click Manage Room, and then invite new room members on the Members tab.

Deleting a room

To delete a room, you must be a Team Admin or Team Owner. 

On the Room Home screen on the smartphone app, tap the Manage RightArrowIcon.png icon. On the Manage < Room Name > screen, tap Advanced Settings. On the Advanced Settings screen, tap Disband & Delete < Room Name >.

 For Desktop for Web or the Desktop app, select the room that you want to delete on the Rooms tab for your team, and then click the Manage Room. On the the Settings tab, click Delete room.
