Viewing Your Account Summary- Fixed Subscriptions

On the Account Summary page in the Kore Billing module of the Enterprise Admin Console for fixed subscription billing plans using a Kore sales contract, you can view and edit information about your Kore account. You can view the Kore plan that you are enrolled in, for example, Free or Enterprise, the number of user subscriptions, payment plan as monthly or annually, and the type of payment method.

The following illustration is an example of the Account Summary page in the Billing module with the Kore Enterprise plan selected using annual billing for fixed subscription billing based on a sales contract with Kore.

The following sections describes the fields and links on the Account Summary page that you can use to view or modify you Kore plan information based on the Kore billing plan.

Subscription Accounts

After you initially select a paid plan, such as Enterprise, the Account Summary page is displayed as shown in the previous illustration, with a summary statement for the plan type and payment type, followed by a summary of total payment and number of user subscriptions. For example

You are currently on the Enterprise plan for $16.67 per user per month, billed annually . You are currently paying a total of $16.67 per month for 1 user subscriptions.

Subscription Information

In the Subscription Information section, your plan type, for example, Enterprise is displayed in the first field. In the second field, the type of billing for the plan, as either Annual or Monthly, and the amount paid for the specified billing period per user. 

To change a subscription plan, you should contact Kore Sales Support team at salessupport@kore.com

Subscription Type

The Subscription Type section shows the type of plan subscription for user accounts, for example, By Count, which displays the number of prepaid user subscriptions, the number of subscriptions uses, and the number of available subscriptions.

To add additional subscriptions, click Change. You can only add additional subscriptions by adding a credit card. Otherwise, contact Kore Sales Support team at salessupport@kore.com. For more information, see Add New Subscriptions.

Preferences

In the Preferences section, you can define how subscriptions are handled for new users that join your domain, and how new user subscriptions are handled when there are no available prepaid subscriptions. For more information, see Setup Billing Preferences.

Payment Method

In the Payment Method section, details for the payment credit card, price per subscription, billing interval, and subscription renewal date is displayed as shown in the previous illustration. You can also:

  • Click Change Payment Method to modify the payment method or add a new payment method. For more information, see Change Payment Method.
  • Click View Billing History to display the Billing History page to access your billing statements and account transactions. For more information, see View Your Billing History.
