On the Spaces page in the Kore Users & Spaces module in the Enterprise Admin Console, you can review and, if desired, delete or change a managed space to an unmanaged space, or review any unmanaged spaces in your company and add as managed spaces.
When a space is removed from your domain, all space members and the space owner are sent a notification. Unmanaged spaces can contain both managed users and unmanaged users. The status of individual managed users and unmanaged users in not affected when the managed space is removed from your domain.
When you add an unmanaged space to as a managed space, any unmanaged users in the unmanaged space automatically become managed users, the Enterprise Admin is added as the owner, and billing for the new managed users is updated immediately.
On the Spaces page in the Kore Users & Spaces module, there are two tabs, one for managed spaces and one for unmanaged spaces. The following illustration is an example of the Managed Spaces tab on the Spaces page in the Users & Spaces module.
When you add an unmanaged space as a managed space, your billing is automatically updated for any users in that space that were previously unmanaged. When you unmanage a space in your domain, billing is reduced for any external users in the space, unless the external user is a member of a different space in your company.
