About the Enterprise Admin Console Dashboard

Welcome to the Kore.ai Enterprise Admin Console dashboard. The Dashboard page is your one-stop activity and user overview of your company Kore.ai account. On this page, you can view your company membership in Kore.ai including their user roles, the amount of message activity for your users, teams, and rooms.

New to the Enterprise Admin Console?

If you just became a new Enterprise Admin, your Dashboard page may not yet be populated with data. To provide valid information statistics, Kore.ai requires at least 200 message exchanges. So keep checking back to see your data!

Even if you don't have data displayed on the Dashboard page, you can still get started with learning more about the Enterprise Admin Console modules and features! For more information, see About the Kore.ai Enterprise Admin Console.
