As the Kore Enterprise Admin or admin user, you can use the Enrollment module to enroll your organization employees to become Kore users in your domain. How you enroll your domain members depends on the number of domain members that you want to enroll, and if you have additional user data to import, such as addresses and telephone numbers.
Additionally, you can integrate and sync with the organization employee directory. Periodic syncs ensure that Kore accounts for users are up-to-date and in sync with your organizational directory.
Why Invite Users to Join Kore?
When you enroll a member in your domain, you send an invitation is to a domain member to join your Kore domain. When the domain member completes the Kore enrollment and then validates their email address, they can start using Kore immediately and free of charge. The new enrolled user is an unmanaged user in your Kore domain.
Now that the unmanaged user is a Kore user, you can add them to your domain as a managed user to monitor, view, and control messaging for that user. When you choose users to manage in your domain, you are billed for each new managed user on a monthly or annual basis.

You can invite users from your domain to join Kore. On the Invite page in the Enrollment module, you just need to enter the email address for one or more domain members, and then click Send Invitations. An email invitation to join your Kore domain is sent to the user to become a Kore user.
On the Bulk Invite page in the Kore Enrollment module, you can create a bulk invite file that contains domain member email addresses for your domain. You can use the Bulk Invite page to enroll a large number of domain members based on data created or copied into a basic text file.
If you need to invite many Kore users and you already have additional information about users in addition to the email address, such as the First Name, Last Name, Department, Phone, and Job Title, you can use the Import page to add new users and update existing users based on a list that contains additional user information.
As an Enterprise Admin or admin user, you can configure Kore to synchronize with your organizational LDAP Active Directory to enroll users from your company into Kore. On the Directory Sync page in the Enrollment module, you can manually start a synchronization with your company Active Directory, define connection information to your Active Directory server, create exclusion rules used to prevent unwanted updates to existing users or groups, define distribution lists to import from Active Directory, define organizational units to import from Active Directory, and set up an automated schedule for synchronization.
