Troubleshoot your <meta> Tag Domain Verification

Complete one or more of the following steps to troubleshoot an unsuccessful <meta> tag domain verification in the Enterprise Admin Console.

Note: After each step, sign in to, and then attempt another domain verification.

  1. Verify that the <meta> tag is updated and published on the domain home page, on your domain web server.
  2. Verify that the structure of the HTML code on the domain home page is valid.
  3. Verify that you added the entire and correct verification token into your domain home page.
  4. Wait up to 24 hours for the Messaging Platform domain verification to complete.
