Complete one or more of the following steps to troubleshoot an unsuccessful TXT record domain verification.
Note: After each step, sign in to Kore, and then attempt another domain verification.
- Verify that you can look up the TXT record that you added to your domain DNS settings. You can use a third-party web service to look up your TXT record.
- Ensure that you entered the complete and correct TXT record in your domain DNS settings.
- Wait up to 24 hours for the TXT record to go into effect.
