Troubleshoot your TXT Record Domain Verification

Complete one or more of the following steps to troubleshoot an unsuccessful TXT record domain verification for the Enterprise Admin Console.

Note: After each step, sign in to, and then attempt another domain verification.

  1. Verify that you can look up the TXT record that you added to your domain DNS settings. You can use a third-party web service to look up your TXT record.
  2. Ensure that you entered the complete and correct TXT record in your domain DNS settings.
  3. Wait up to 24 hours for the TXT record to go into effect.
